Ketchup Stories:

It was a family outing at Pondicherry, nearly 2 years ago. That’s where our daughter was ‘introduced’ to ketchup for the first time. Our table was being laid in the resort for an evening snack. The dishes were yet to arrive but the ketchup bowl was laid on the table along with the cutleries and other sauces. The curiosity bug bit her, and she grabbed the ketchup bowl, dipped her tiny fingers onto it and licked. She was crying out loud – “it is lip smacking, why can’t I have it every day?!!!”. That day onward, ketchup is a must and should in our kitchen.

The above recipe shared can be a little spicy for kids. It can be altered by including fewer chillies.
