Caramelized banana stories :

Whenever my husband purchases bananas, he purchases ripe ones, and that too in dozens… and what to do, not all can be eaten and so, a few tend to over ripe and at times, if someone is sick at home, the bananas are just left to rot as doctors suggest not to eat them when having running nose and cold.

Besides, we have guests coming home on a short notice. Caramelized banana is one technique that I have adopted to make use of ripe bananas, if there is nothing else but ripe bananas in stock. This makes for a perfect snack for your guests and yourself, for the evening…
